My Union Co-worker had this dish and it was a perfect blend of crisp lettuce, tangy Parmesan cheese, and a delightful dressing that complements the flavors perfectly. She was in a zone of salad euphoria. The salad was a decent size, also a great way to start your meal, and sets the tone for the rest of your dining experience. Between the calamari, anti-pasta, and a lamb dish our tastebuds were all in a tizzy of deliciousness.
